MEET THE TEAM
Sue is a co-owner and "S" of S & G, manages the operations of the business and built the pet care side of the business out of her deep love for dogs and all animals. It is her passion to help as many animals and owners as she possibly can so they can receive affordable, dependable and personalized care. She is proud to have built a place where her family team works hard to bring compassionate and quality care to your family.
As a little girl, she grew up having her family pets as her best friends. She would read them stories like Charlotte's Web, teach them school on the kitchen chalkboard and set out to prove that old dogs CAN learn new tricks with her senior dog, Pal. The family cat often enjoyed rides in her Strawberry Shortcake carriage as it zoomed across the house. This grew into begging dad to stay at the vet to watch a surgical procedure and as she stood in awe as the vet saved a little puppy who could not breathe after birth, her life purpose was clear. Over the years she built a solid business background until the day when her dream would be realized in creating a business with animals as its heart.
Sue holds a Master of Science degree and has extensive training and certifications in animal care. She recently completed her training in Animal Emotion and Cognition, Pet Bereavement and Animal Communication and continues to expand our services to include this training in the daily care of your animals. She has a special place in her heart for senior and special needs pets.
Sue and Mystic are a therapy team for hospice patients with VITAS' Paw Pals Program and have a special love for their visits with their senior clients who are part of the Senior Buddy Program.
Our Pet Bereavement services are now offered by Sue through Mystic's Sanctuary. We offer assistance through Zoom or Google Meet across the country to help people during the difficult loss of their best friend.

Gary is a co-owner, our amazing small engine/outdoor power equipment repair wizard, Sue's husband and the "G" in S & G. See his services here.
Gary grew up working on machines as a child and would tinker with anything he could get his hands on. He worked alongside his grandfather to learn everything he could about small engine repair. His grandfather has since passed away but the memory of him lives on with every turn of the wrench and roar of an engine.
He is proud to service your machines with those family values in mind and is never too busy to answer a question after service to make sure your machine works for you and your family.

However, perhaps his biggest accomplishment to date is being a cancer warrior and survivor. He is in remission and, while they do not have a cure, he has passed the average survival rate and we have been given a gift of 15 more years with him so far. He shows no signs of stopping and has shown us as a team and as a family what true courage looks like. We are a family that takes care of each other so we can take care of you and your family. That is what we are truly all about and Joe is living proof. All of you out there who support us are what puts the smile on his face and keeps him going at full speed so from the bottom of our hearts, we thank you.

Dallas is our Director of Public Relations. He has never met a human he didn't love or a dog he didn't want to sniff. This handsome little special needs rescue boy came to us barely able to walk and now just look at what love can do! His indomitable spirit lifts us all up every day.
