We do require an appointment in order to ensure that everyone gets their equipment serviced as quickly and efficiently as possible on a first come, first served basis.
The best way to ensure that you get the time and day that you want, you should call ahead of the upcoming season for regular service. However, we know that sometimes your machine may be working fine and then an emergency strikes. We will make every effort to schedule you as soon as possible. During our busy seasons, that may mean scheduling an appointment a little further out than you might like. If that happens, we move people up in the order of which they are scheduled when we have cancellations or no shows so that we can get you in as soon as possible.
